Abstract
Artificial Intelligence revolutionizes how firms interact with customers, analyze data, and optimize campaigns. The use of AI has brought multifarious impacts on marketing practices within firms. Therefore, this study explores the effects of new, forward-looking technologies and tools such as machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics on traditional marketing approaches. This paper takes into account the whole case studies from different fields with a focus on how AI advances customer segmentation, personalizes content, automates the execution of support to customers, and, importantly, decision making. It further explores the potential obstacles or difficulties of applying AI in marketing, which will include matters on data privacy, ethical matters, and the question of human ability. The findings indicate that though AI may be more efficient and promises more engagement with customers, without careful balancing of technology advancement with ethical and regulatory requirements, its successful application is not guaranteed. The paper thus concludes with suggestions for marketers on how to use AI effectively as well as ensure safety about the data captured and maintain a lead in a rapidly competitive digital environment.
