Abstract

Road safety remains a critical concern worldwide, with increasing incidents of road accidents causing substantial loss of life and property. Traditional accident analysis methods rely on historical data and human expertise, which often fail to predict or mitigate risks effectively. Machine Learning (ML) presents a transformative approach to road safety analysis, leveraging large-scale data to uncover hidden patterns and make real-time predictions. This paper explores the application of ML in road safety analysis, addressing challenges in its implementation, software development workflows, and potential future advancements.
