Abstract

In recent years, cloud computing has grown in popularity and developed into an efficient and economical computing paradigm. It might be among the technologies that have had the most influence in the whole history of computing. Unfortunately, cloud service providers or clients have not yet created significant forensic tools that may help investigate criminal activity in the cloud. Given the difficulty of preventing criminal targeting and cloud vulnerabilities, it is essential to understand the potential procedures for conducting digital forensic investigations into the cloud. This is due to the difficulty in avoiding criminal targeting and cloud vulnerabilities. Within this framework, the present research looks at cloud forensic tools, cloud forensic methodology, and future developments in cloud forensics. The study also examines cloud forensic methodologies, with the aim of providing valuable insights and solutions to the challenges in cloud computing forensics.
