Abstract

Task scheduling plays a crucial role in cloud computer networks. Task scheduling is governed by several guidelines and agreements that we may refer to as a contract between cloud service providers and consumers rather than a single set of criteria. This agreement represents the level of service quality that the user expects from the providers. Delivering high-quality services to consumers by the deal is crucial since providers simultaneously manage several other responsibilities.
