Abstract

With the emergence of new technologies, corporations, and academic institutions are attempting to keep pace with the progress in Information and Communication Technologies and to simplify the approach to managing or improving their IT resources. Cloud Computing presents an alternate method to attain these goals within budget. A lot of colleges and universities all around the globe are embracing cloud infrastructure to minimize IT operating costs and enhance the efficacy and convenience of educational services. Cloud computing may play an essential role in the education industry by offering ubiquitous access (anytime, anywhere, irrespective of the device) to learning content. This technique gives a new way to design and manage IT resources effectively by enhancing the user’s productivity and hardware utilization and cutting infrastructure costs via virtualization. This research proposes an intelligent e-learning system based on a cloud platform for delivering and sharing e-learning content. The authors also examine the characteristics of the intelligent E-Learning system over the conventional system and suggest the design of an innovative e-learning system for educational institutions.
