In the realm of business, VUCA, characterized by Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity, represents a challenging scenario marked by unpredictability and swift, unforeseen changes. Navigating such an environment necessitates the adoption of strategic measures to ensure the sustainability of a business. This paper endeavors to delve into and assess the various strategies that companies ought to embrace for the establishment and maintenance of a sustainable business model amid the backdrop of VUCA. Drawing insights from an examination of five distinct research papers, each focusing on strategies tailored for VUCA, this paper synthesizes and presents an overview of the most impactful strategies. These encompass the cultivation of a clear vision, a profound understanding of the prevailing circumstances, ensuring clarity in communication, and fostering organizational agility. By consolidating and summarizing these strategies, this paper aims to contribute valuable insights for companies aiming to thrive in the dynamic and challenging landscape posed by VUCA.
