Abstract
The convergence of artificial intelligence and visual analytics has enabled significant advancements in the interpretation of emotional expressions and figural data. This paper explores the development and application of deep learning techniques for the visualization of emotional states and figure representation. By leveraging convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and recurrent neural networks (RNNs), we design a robust system capable of accurately identifying and visualizing emotional expressions from visual data inputs, such as facial images and body gestures. Our approach integrates multi-modal data processing to enhance the accuracy and richness of emotion recognition. We present a comprehensive system architecture that combines data pre-processing, feature extraction, and advanced deep learning algorithms to achieve high performance in emotion detection and figural visualization. Extensive experiments and user studies validate the effectiveness of our system, demonstrating significant improvements over traditional methods. The results highlight the potential of AI-powered visualization tools to facilitate more intuitive and insightful analysis of emotional and figural data. This research contributes to the fields of affective computing and visual analytics by providing a powerful tool for applications in psychology, human-computer interaction, and entertainment, among others. It underscores the transformative potential of deep learning in enhancing our understanding and interpretation of complex emotional and figural information.
