Abstract

The increasing complexity of managing personal finances in the digital age has led to the emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a transformative tool. AI-powered personal finance assistants are designed to simplify and automate financial decision-making processes for individuals, ensuring efficient management of their finances. This paper explores the capabilities, applications, challenges, and future directions of AI-driven personal finance tools. By leveraging machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics, AI assistants offer users tailored financial advice, track spending habits, forecast future financial trends, and assist in budgeting. These tools can analyze large volumes of data in real time, providing insights that would be difficult or time-consuming for humans to extract manually. The integration of AI with personal finance not only enhances user experience but also democratizes access to financial advice traditionally available only through financial advisors. This paper discusses various AI-powered systems, including chatbots, robo-advisors, and budgeting apps, evaluating their impact on financial management. The research also highlights privacy concerns, ethical implications, and the potential risks of over-reliance on AI in financial decision-making. Moreover, future advancements in AI, such as deep learning and reinforcement learning, are expected to further enhance the precision and adaptability of these tools. In conclusion, AI-powered personal finance assistants have the potential to reshape how individuals approach financial management, making it more efficient, accessible, and personalized.
