Abstract

Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD), formerly known as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), is a growing public health concern linked to obesity, insulin resistance, and metabolic syndrome. Lifestyle interventions, including dietary modifications, physical activity, and behavioral changes, remain the cornerstone of MASLD management. This review explores the role of these interventions, their effectiveness, and strategies for implementation.
