Abstract

Workplace inclusion has become a vital organizational strategy to provide equal opportunities and promote the psychological well-being of workers with disabilities. Although there are increasing attempts to facilitate inclusion, research on its particular effects on psychological well-being is still limited. The current literature review aims to explore how inclusive practices—reasonable accommodations, social support, and inclusive culture—contribute to outcomes such as stigma reduction, stress relief, emotional well-being, and job satisfaction among workers with disabilities.
